Mr. Dileep Sanghani

Chairman

Mr. Dileep Sanghani is the Nominee Non- Executive Chairman of M/s IFFCO Kisan Logistics Limited. He is a well- known figure in the Cooperative sector with exceptional experience across agriculture, rural banking, insurance, cooperative governance, public administration and global cooperative diplomacy.

He has served four terms in Lok Sabha along with the several cabinet portfolios in the Government of Gujarat. He is serving as the Chairman of M/s Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Ltd. (IFFCO) and as Director on the Board of Indian Potash Ltd. (IPL), Jordan Indian Fertiliser Company LLC and Jordan Phosphate & Mines Company Ltd. He is also serving as Chairman of Gujarat State Cooperative Marketing Federation Ltd. (GUJCOMASOL), Amreli Jilla Madhyashtha Sahakari Bank Ltd, and National Institute of Rural Banking, Bengaluru.

He has also been awarded with several awards and recognitions including Life Time Achievement award at the Ingenious Banking Leadership Summit & Iconic Leaders Award (Goa, December, 2024) and has also been awarded with "Sahakarita Shiromani" Award by KRIBHCO.

Mr. K. J. Patel

Mr. K. J. Patel is the Managing Director of IFFCO, he is a highly accomplished mechanical engineer with over four decades of specialized experience in the maintenance and operation of Nitrogenous and Phosphatic fertiliser plants. He holds an engineering degree from Saurashtra University, Gujarat.

Mr. Patel began his career at IFFCO's Kalol Unit in 1985 and later served as Director (Technical) at IFFCO, where he oversaw technical operations across all units. He is known for his strong domain expertise, strategic leadership, and hands-on approach to operational excellence.

Mr. Patel has represented IFFCO at several national and international forums, where he has presented papers and shared insights on advanced maintenance technologies. His contributions have been instrumental in shaping IFFCO's technical roadmap and enhancing its performance standards.

Mr. Rakesh Kapur

Nominee Director

Mr. Rakesh Kapur holds the position of Joint Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer in IFFCO. Mr Kapur is also responsible for the Finance Division of IFFCO. He is a Director on the Board of IFFCO's subsidiaries. He is also vested with the responsibility of Managing Director of IFFCO's subsidiaries like IFFCO Kisan Special Economic Zone (IKSEZ), Nellore and IFFCO Kisan Sanchar Limited (IKSL).

Mr. Kapur joined IFFCO on 5th October 2000 as Executive Director (Finance) and took over the charge of Finance Director with effect from November 7, 2001. He has been responsible for planning, managing and monitoring all finance and accounts related functions of IFFCO. He has also been extensively involved with all the new Projects, Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Diversification initiatives of IFFCO from their stage of inception.

Mr. Rakesh Kapur is an ex-IRS Officer of 1978 Batch, who was holding the rank of Commissioner of Income Tax in his parent cadre before he was absorbed in IFFCO in October 2005. He was awarded the Best Probationer's Silver Medal in the IRS Batch by the National Academy of Direct Taxes, Nagpur. He has wide experience in Finance, Management, Business Strategising, Accounts and Taxation. He held various senior assignments in the Government of India, which included Joint Secretary (Commercial), Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI); Director in the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Department of Fertilizers; Additional Assessor & Collector, Municipal Corporation of Delhi apart from the postings in the Income Tax Department as Additional Commissioner of Income Tax, Deputy / Jt. Commissioner of Income Tax since 1978. He had also worked in Technical Services Department of the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (Marketing Division) during 1975-78.

Mr. Kapur was born on September 26, 1954. He holds B.Tech. Degree in Mechanical Engineering (in First Class with Distinction) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), New Delhi and a Post Graduation in Management. He has travelled widely and participated in various national and international Seminars and Conferences, and presented papers on different subjects.

Mr. Yogendra Kumar

Nominee Director

Sh. Yogendra Kumar is holding the position of Nominee Director in IKLL

He holds a bachelor degree in agriculture and hails from the family of agriculturists.

He has contributed more than 36 years dedicatedly in the service of farmers and cooperatives at various levels. While working in various capacities in IFFCO, he has been instrumental in generating and validating new products and technologies for the benefit of farmers. He meticulously co-ordinated "Neem polyploidy" research with Farm Research Institute, Dehradun. He is instrumental in development, production and marketing of Seaweed extract based "Sagarika", a product which coincidentally also help support fisherman families. He is in the process to develop nano fertilizer an improve fertilizer use efficiency.

Born on 5.08.1961, he has been a recipient of several awards and has also represented IFFCO in various national and international forums.

Mr. K. L. Singh

Nominee Director

Mr. K.L.Singh, hold the position of Advisor (Plant Health), in IFFCO. Mr. K.L.Singh graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Bihar College of Engineering, Patna in the year 1970. He has wide experience in Project Planning, Construction, Operation & Maintenance of Fertiliser Industry at various levels. He joined IFFCO in the year 1979 at Phulpur Unit (Allahabad). Before joining IFFCO, he was associated with Bokaro Steel Limited and Bhilai Steel Plant in various capacities.

During his association with IFFCO he has widely travelled abroad for presenting papers at various National and International Symposiums. He had been to ICS, Senegal as technical expert to solve some of their chronic problems. He is a key technocrat to head a premier fertiliser unit

Mr. Ashwini Mehra

Independent Director

Mr. Ashwini Mehra is holding the position of Independent Director in IKLL.

He brings on board of IKLL,Marketing and Logistics expertise in addition to Strategic Planning and HRD having more than a decade of diversified and rich experience.

Having long been associated with MNC Bayer ( India) Ltd.( 21 years) and DCM group( 4 years), he had handled several marketing assignments in intensely competitive environment in industries, oligopolistic industry, handled concept selling,marketing of speciality products requiring techno- commercial inputs, commodity sales and had handled new product launches.

Born on 20th October 1945, he holds B.Sc. Chemical Engineering degree from Banaras Hindu University, Banaras and had secured 1st Division , 2nd rank in the University .Additionally, he holds Executive Development Management Programme from IIM, Calcutta.

Mrs. Reena Kaishing

Independent Director

Mrs. Reena Kaishing is holding the position of Independent Director in IKLL.

She brings on board of IKLL, her wide and varied experience, leadership skills, acumen and rich management expertise having worked with Air India for more than twelve years previously.

Born on 15th January, 1975, she holds Bachelor degree in Arts.

Mr. Dushyant Chouhan

CFO

Mr. Dushyant Chouhan is currently holding the position of Chief Financial Officer in IKLL.

He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds Information Systems Audit (ISA) certification from ICAI, in addition to Bachelor of Commerce degree.

He commenced his professional career in IFFCO Kandla Unit as Financial Management Trainee, in 2005 and currently holding position of Head of Finance & Accounts Department at IFFCO Kandla Unit.

Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma

Managing Director and CEO

Mr. Arun Kumar Sharma is currently occupying the position of Managing Director and CEO in IKLL.

He completed his graduation in B.E. (Chemical Engineering) from Anna University, Chennai in 1986. He has done Masters in Business Administration with specialisation in Operations Management from IGNOU, New Delhi in 1995. He has been associated with IFFCO for 36 years and has worked in different functional areas of DAP/NPK Plant Operations , Projects, Utilities, Shipping & Technical Departments.

He took over the charge of Director (Technical) at IFFCO HO from August, 2025. Prior to this, he was serving as Unit Head of IFFCO Kandla Unit.

He has also made technical contribution in JPMC, Jordan for implementing various modifications in DAP Plant & presented technical papers at IFA & FAI conferences.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Khatri

Sh. Sunil Kumar Khatri is currently occupying the position of Nominee Director of IKLL.

Born on 15/10/1975, he finished his graduation from Delhi University. He is an active Co-Operator and has provided varied services for farmers welfare and upliftment. He also holds position as Director of IFFCO Tokio Insurance Services Ltd.

Mr. SHIVALINGAPPA PATIL

Independent Director

Sh. Shivalingappa Patil has been appointed as Independent Director for tenure of Five Years w.e.f April 1, 2025.

Sh. Patil is by qualification Graduate and possess rich experience of more than six decades in Agriculture Industry.

Based at Hirekerur, Karnataka he is in the forefront of Agricultural Cooperative and educational activities in various capacities.

He has served on the Board of various State Cooperative Marketing Federations and Educational Institutions/ Bodies.

Smt. Kanak Chaturvedi

Independent Director

Smt. Kanak Chaturvedi has been appointed as Independent Director- IKLL for tenure of Five Years w,e.f April 1, 2025.

Smt.Kanak Chaturvedi is by qualification Post Graduate In Music from Kanpur University. She took intensive training in Music from BHATKHANDE COLLEGE , Lucknow.

She is renowned vocalist in North India and holds frequent Musical shows all over India.

She has performed extensively at places like Delhi, Lucknow, J &K , London and has released her Musical videos and CD.
